Will & Miriam got married on a cosy, windy day in February at Robin Hood’s Bay in Yorkshire. They both got ready in a couple of cosy cottages tucked into the village, just a short walk from The Cove. There was a real sense of calm in the morning, a bit of nervous energy, lots of laughter, and Proseccos passed around while guests made their way past the window to the ceremony room. Miriam looked incredible in her classic, vintage style dress & headpiece with warm, green winter jacket.

The ceremony was held in the little chapel in The Cove – such a beautiful, intimate space. You could really feel the love in the room. It was one of those ceremonies where the whole room is smiling the entire way through and a few guests definitely needed a tissue or two by the end.

Afterwards, we all wrapped up and made our way down to the beach for photos. The wind was something else, but it made for the most fun, windswept portraits – veils flying, dresses dancing in the air and the bridal party laughing throughout. Everyone just leaned into it and it felt really special to capture that bit of wild North Yorkshire coast magic.

Back at The Cove, the evening kicked off with proper good food, brilliant speeches, and then live music and dancing that kept everyone going all night. The room was full of joy, and it felt like one of those weddings where no one wanted the night to end.

Will & Miriam’s day was a perfect reminder that weddings don’t need sunshine or still weather to be absolutely full of warmth. All you need is love, a great group of people, and a bit of adventure
