○ What’s your love story?

We met in Year 4 when Dale moved to the same primary school as Laura and we were in the same class all through secondary school. We (finally) got together when we were 17 at one of Dale’s gigs and got engaged at the end of 2019.

○ Why did you choose The Chimney House & Trafalgar Warehouse as your wedding venues?

We wanted somewhere that felt relaxed and not like a typical wedding venue. The Chimney House was a perfect choice for the ceremony as it was small and intimate. Trafalgar Warehouse gave us the space to do what we wanted for the reception.

○ What is the style/theme/vibe of your wedding?

We want it to feel relaxed, with an informal vibe. We are both drawn to the more industrial-style look, so tried to encompass this throughout – but most of all we want the day to be fun for all of our friends and family.

○ What music are you walking down the aisle to / first dance and why?

I’m walking down the aisle to ‘Can’t help falling in love’ by Twenty One Pilots and our first dance is ‘Toothpaste Kisses’ by The Maccabees. ‘Toothpaste Kisses’ is a song Laura has always loved and Dale chose Twenty One Pilots as it’s a different take on the original version.

○ What are you most looking forward to on the day?

Celebrating with all of our friends and family, especially after the year we have all had!

○ Describe your ideal wedding day in 3 words:

Relaxed, fun and memorable.

○ Why do you like natural wedding photography?

It captures moments that might have been missed and puts everyone more at ease.

○ Any advice for future brides & grooms planning their day?

We didn’t follow this advice but don’t get stressed and remember it’s a day for the both of you!

“We always knew we wanted a natural wedding photographer and Sasha came recommended from friends who had used her previously. When we looked at her work, we knew she fit with what we wanted. In the months leading up to the wedding, Sasha was very prompt at replying to any emails that we sent and was always friendly and professional.
