I had the pleasure of shooting in my home town of Sheffield in August. It was a warm, clear and sunny morning as I made my way over to bridal preparations. The lovely, friendly and down-to-earth couple, Ben & Natalie, were getting married today, starting off at St. John’s Ranmoor Church before moving to Ecclesall Woods.

Ben & Natalie chose two picturesque Sheffield venues for their day. The ceremony was at St. John’s Ranmoor Church and it is an absolutely stunning building, and even more incredible on the inside. We later moved to Ecclesall Woods for the evening celebrations, where a huge teepee had been lifted. The amount of detail in the decoration was crazy! I can’t imagine how long the preparation for the decorations took alone, but however long it was it was worth it as guests were commenting all night on how gorgeous the place looked. I took so many photos and have included a whole bunch in this blog, so the hard work put into this teepee wedding can be admired still.

It was an emotional day for family and friends alike, and of course, the newlywed couple Mr & Mrs Jones, but it was also a very beautiful day too, brimming with happiness and love. I hope you enjoy the photos, almost as much as I enjoyed being part of the day.
