○ What’s your love story?

Me and Adam first met on a night out when I was 15 and he was 20, he took me on a date after and once he realised that I was still at school he told me he loved someone else 🥲. He then started harassing me several years later and I caved and went on a date. We both had a child to another person and we all gelled together beautifully. We then went on to have a son together and now this wedding is the final piece to our crazy life of kids, our home renovations and running two businesses.

○ Why did you choose Cubley Hall as your wedding venue?

My best friend got married here and it’s lovely! It’s very informal and a bistro pub type setting with stunning views of the countryside.

○ What is the style/theme/vibe of your wedding?

Laid back, plenty of greenery. I love a nice leaf 🤣

○ What music are you walking down the aisle to / first dance and why?

I want to walk down the aisle to the instrumental of London grammar, help. When Adam got back in touch he asked what music I was into and we got talking about these guys and how he loved there music too. Years later it came to light it was all a ploy to lure me in as in fact Adam didn’t even know who they were 🤣. First dance is George Michael and Mary j blige, As. It’s one of my favourite songs and Adams not much of a slow dancing type so we have tried to pick something a little more upbeat but with meaningful lyrics. I’m hoping it gets the party started really 🤞🏽

○ What are you most looking forward to on the day?

Getting married 🥰

○ Describe your ideal wedding day in 3 words:

Fun, laidback and carefree.

○ Why do you like natural wedding photography?

We both hate posing for photographs, plus the natural ones capture the moment one million times better than a staged one.

○ Any advice for future brides & grooms planning their day?
