Hollie & Regan’s wonderful summer Northallerton wedding.

○ What’s your love story?

We met on a dating site in 2014 and there started a whirlwind romance, moving into our little cabin 6 months later. We got engaged in 2017, moved into our very first home in 2018 with our beautiful dogs Winnie & Tilly.

○ Why did you choose a marquee and garden Northallerton wedding?

Hollie always loved the idea of a summer wedding, with a circus style marquee and meadow flowers, bunting covering every inch of the ceiling and festoon lighting the skies in the evening.

○ What is the style/theme/vibe of your wedding?

The theme I wanted to be so comfortable and casual, with a traditional english country fair style; bunting, white linen, meadow flowers in old pottery and jars lining long bare wooden tables. A fire pit outside surrounded by sofas and games to play.

○ What music are you walking down the aisle to / first dance and why?

We are walking down the aisle to a piano rendition of ‘here comes the sun’ by The Beatles.

○ What are you most looking forward to on the day?

I am looking forward to putting my dress on for the first time, with everything in place. I also can’t wait to hold my mums hand, walk down the aisle and see Regan meet my eye for the first time. Seeing who will cry first. Regan is looking forward to seeing me walk down the aisle, as well as sitting at the end of the evening when the wedding is all done and feeling high with emotion.

○ Describe your ideal wedding day in 3 words:

Chilled, visually beautiful & loving.

○ Why do you like natural wedding photography?

I love the idea of not having to pose but to capture a wedding by what those people, guests and bride & groom are doing. For example when guests are laughing and dancing, or when the bride & groom are walking through the raining of confetti.
