○ What’s your love story?

We met in 2016, and got engaged in 2021 (Will proposed in the kitchen with our son there to help – not his original plan due to the pandemic, but it was absolutely perfect!)

○ Why did you choose Buckminster Barn as your wedding venue?

We are all about the party and wanted somewhere we could make our own! We were keen to have the food we loved and pick our own vendors, in a relaxed way where everyone felt comfortable.

○ What is the style/theme/vibe of your wedding?

Relaxed party with our family and friends – and all about the food!

○ What are you most looking forward to on the day?

Having all our friends and family there together to celebrate.

○ Describe your ideal wedding day in 3 words:

Relaxed, fun and entertaining.

○ Why do you like natural wedding photography?

We feel a little awkward in front of the camera, and the photos we like the most are always the candid and genuine moments, rather then posed ones.

○ Any advice for future brides & grooms planning their day?

Do everything the way you would like, but do ask for advice and ideas from others. You shouldn’t feel obligated to do what they suggest, but we were surprised by what people said and took a lot of those things on board!

When we booked her we chatted over video call because of lockdown, and I honestly felt like I was chatting with a friend about the big day over a cuppa. It was so relaxed and fun!
We had lots of changes in the lead up to the day and Sasha was accommodating and her communication was outstanding – never a delay in replying or confirming details.
She arrived on the morning and got straight to taking pictures, no cameras aimed in faces or cheesy poses – just entirely natural and candid.
Throughout the day she was a ninja – we have photos and I don’t even remember her being there in that moment – she was so unobtrusive and respectful of our days moments, capturing it in exactly the way I remember it all happening.
Our pictures are stunning, sincere, fun, natural and just absolute 10/10 blinders.
