A sunny & bright October day at Sheffield’s Whitley Hall welcomed the wedding of Aaron & Frankie. After more than 8 years together, they had decided to tie the knot, surrounded by family & friends. They chose Whitley Hall because they loved “how intimate the venue is and it’s character. We didn’t want a large wedding and Whitley Hall seemed perfect. We also love the gardens and outdoor areas (peacocks are a plus!)”
Frankie got ready at the venue alongside her bridal party. She had her beautiful red hair swept back into an intricate up-do, topped with baby’s breath flowers. She looked stunning with soft makeup complimenting her porcelain skin, and a floor length, detailed, white gown.
Aaron waited downstairs in the ceremony room for his wife-to-be to make her way down the aisle. Frankie walked down the aisle to Air by Bach played by a string duo as “it’s one of our favourite pieces of music.” The ceremony was really sweet, as Frankie & Aaron exchanged vows, rings and had their first kiss. Afterwards, everyone flooded outside into the garden for welcoming Bucks Fizz, congratulations and chatter.
A little white later, after a handful of group photos, the newlyweds and I had a short walk around the grounds snapping some newlywed couple photographs as we went. Soon after it was time for everyone to sit down in the wedding breakfast room ready for speeches, before enjoying a delicious dinner and the rest of the evening’s celebrations.
