Emmy & Mark ♡ Sheffield Town Hall & Lomas Hall Wedding
Emmy & Mark’s wedding took place in January 2019 at Sheffield Town Hall, with celebrations continuing over into the next day at Stannington’s Lomas Hall. This lovely couple actually had a secret ceremony at the Town Hall, surrounded by a small party of their immediate family. The next day’s events were over at Lomas Hall – a quaint building that opened in 1955, of which is a “charity funded organisation managed by a voluntary committee made up of local people.” Amusingly, Emmy & Mark gathered everyone here under the guise of it being Emmy’s 40th. However what guests didn’t know is that it was also a gathering to celebrate their marriage! It was so much fun to see everyone’s mixed bag of happy and shocked reactions, as they clocked onto the ‘Just Married’ decorations. To make the surprise even more special, I actually photographed, edited and delivered the photos within a crazy 24 hours so that they could project them onto a wall for everyone to see. So much fun!

“Met in a shared house in Sheffield. We got engaged on a remote island in Cambodia.”
